Peel Hotels Revitalises Management System

Peel Hotels has announced it will deliver faster reservations and significantly reduce checking in and out times for guests, following its investment in a new management system from Clarity Commerce.
Clarity's Total Hospitality Solution ("THS"), together with its integral Point of Sale ("POS") component, will provide Peel Hotels with a clear and centralised overview of the business and tighten control of its operations. The POS component will be installed into its bars and restaurants to ensure that any money spent on food and beverage will automatically be added to guests' room bills, saving time on departure.
The software will also reduce workload by allowing managers to collate tailored reports, ensuring they have accurate information to monitor the business and communicate competitive prices to their customers.

The system is linked directly to a server at each hotel which will manage and report real-time information on reservations, online bookings, accounting and sales ledger to a centralised database at its headquarters in Leeds. All hotels will run on the same software, enabling staff to access information remotely from any of its hotels.

Once implemented, the Clarity THS team will provide Peel Hotels with twenty-four hour support and training resources to promptly resolve any issues. Prior to signing the contract, Peel Hotels' staff spent a day on-site with one of Clarity's existing hotel customers to witness the system in use.
The Clarity team is currently in the process of loading the hotel data onto Peel Hotels' system across all eight of its four star hotels.
