Welcome to the second edition of the Clarity Hospitality Newsletter. As you can see we have now launched our dynamic new brand identity to highlight our wealth of experience across the hospitality, leisure and retailing industry.

Prima Hotels choose Clarity for their exceptional hotel group

Deluxe hotel group Prima Hotels has selected the ClarityLive solution to replace their legacy systems in two of the group’s hotels. The search for a new system that was easy to use and implement but still had the management information readily at hand was not an easy task and a number of different solutions have been investigated.

Gary Glendenning, Finance Director at Prima Hotels states “Clarity Hospitality was by far the best solution on the market. The system is highly functional and can give operators and management improved functionality from day one. The ethos of the company and its staff was also a major factor. We wanted a company who we could partner with and work over time at constantly improving systems and levels of service.”

Clarity attend BAHA Conference and Exhibition

Clarity Hospitality recently attended the 4th BAHA HOSPITALITY, FINANCE & IT PROFESSIONALS CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION held in November 2009 at the Sofitel, Heathrow. The event was a huge success and allowed delegates to interact with technological products and services available to the hospitality sector, but also allowed finance, IT and revenue management professionals the opportunity to get an informed and cutting–edge view from an inspirational line–up of speakers. The Clarity Hospitality team were pleased to be able to exhibit at the conference and support the work that BAHA carry out and look forward to working with them in the future.

Devere Venues go central with Clarity Hospitality

The ClarityLive solution for membership has been ordered by De Vere Venues to centrally run the membership for nine of their sites across the UK. The system will be run from their Sunningdale office allowing them to control direct debits across all of the sites making the process efficient and streamline.
