Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
- Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (the "Company")
The Company announces that at its AGM held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed with resolutions 1 to 6 passed on a show of hands and resolutions 7 and 9 passed on a poll. Resolution 8 in relation to the disapplication of pre-emption rights was withdrawn by the board.
In addition, the Company wishes to announce that Graham York has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer for reasons of ill health. Mr York will be remaining as a non-executive director to allow the board to continue to benefit from his extensive knowledge and experience of the business. Both the board and the shareholders present at the meeting expressed their best wishes to Mr York and their thanks for his role as founder and his service to date.
