Clarity self-service terminals are public-facing browser-based ticket kiosks, developed using the latest Microsoft .NET technology. They allow customers to issue their own tickets, enhancing service and radically reducing queuing times at reception. Customers get speedy entry, and staff are free to deal with other issues.

Self service ticket kiosks can be easily configured for all sites from a single browser page. Each customer's status is validated before they are presented with a list of available activities, including pre-booked class places, before issuing the ticket for the chosen selection. The kiosks can also be used to promote customer loyalty, awarding loyalty bonus points for activities processed in this way.

Self-service kiosks are great for fast-tracking customers into facilities, and they also capture valuable management information, allowing you to identify and analyse the activities and facilities members are using. Whenever a self-service ticket is issued the relevant headcounts and countdowns associated with the activity are updated on the central system.
