Clarity provide solutions for 60 local authorities with an install base of over 500 sites around the UK. Local authority customers include Birmingham, Gloucester, Ipswich, Cardiff, Swindon, Leeds and Warrington.

Warrington Borough Council, a leading player amongst UK local authorities seeking to meet the broad modernisation agenda for e-government (specifically BVPI157), has selected Clarity online booking software. In doing so, Warrington is enhancing its online services by introducing online booking and payment facilities for its customers, simultaneously improving administrative efficiency. It is doing this highly cost effectively, by accessing Government funding currently available to support the e-government policy objectives.

Over and above operational gains, users are equipped to meet newly introduced initiatives, such as the UK government's e-Government Interoperability Framework (eGIF), and benefit from advanced reporting capabilities.

“I was very focused upon ease of use through the tender and evaluation process, and this was a key factor in opting for the Clarity solution.”

Roy Pearson, Warrington Borough Council

“Our partnership with Clarity has started very positively, and we believe that the systems being installed will ensure that the centre operates to the highest possible standards.”

Rita Patel, Peepul Centre
