Clients include the world famous Jumeirah Beach Club in Dubai, the Harbour clubs and Reebok Sports Club in London and Virgin Active clubs around the UK.

London's Reebok Sports Club has deployed Clarity Leisure solutions to provide the whole suite of applications. Facilities managed include membership, leisure and spa; deployed over a thin client architecture.

Part of an exclusive network of Reebok clubs covering Madrid, Moscow, New York and Sao Paulo, the Canary Wharf operation offers an outstanding array of top quality facilities and services. A huge state-of-the-art gym, luxury spa, indoor golf club, climbing wall, skyline swimming pool, team sports areas, business and conference centre, retail outlet and bar and dining facilities are just some of the prestigious facilities provided.

The club has over 5,000 members and around 60 full-time staff, and its decision to seek a new management software system was driven by the need to improve member tracking, retention, and management reporting. Goals included achieving a more robust and reliable platform, with flexible, trustworthy reporting that presents a consistent, single view of the business.
