Clarity Staff Manager gives local site managers a number of powerful tools to assist in day to day tasks, including a suite of head office approved documents such as employee contracts, leaving letters, and disciplinary procedures, a weekly rota management application which can schedule staff to meet the business' needs, a forecaster which helps managers hit agreed wage/cost targets and a time clock facility which gathers hours worked through the week.

All data in Clarity Staff Manager is visible by head office through Clarity Central. Staff activity can be readily monitored and adjustments can be made to rotas before any damage is done. The success of site managers in keeping within budget is tracked, and excess costs are identified and corrected. Employee hours can be transferred to a range of payroll applications, eliminating double entry of data, thus reducing errors and costs.
