Directions from M3 (Travelling South)

1. Leave the M3 at junction 6 (signposted Basingstoke), then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M3 SPUR (signposted Town centre)
2. At Black Dam Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Ringway South - A30 (signposted Ring Road (S))
3. At Hackwood Road Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Hackwood Road - A339 (signposted Alton)
4. At Venture Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Grove Road (signposted Cranbourne, Viables)
5. At Golden Lion Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto The Harrow Way (signposted Viables, Brighton Hill)
6. At Viables Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Hatch Warren Lane
7. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Cliddesden Lane
8. Turn right onto Hatch Warren Lane
9. Passing Portsmouth Arms on right, take second right turn, into Hatch Warren Farm
   Paterson House is the building immediately ahead, with car parking spaces in front

Directions from M3 (Travelling North)

1. Leave the M3 at junction 7 (signposted Basingstoke), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Winchester Road - A30 (signposted Basingstoke)
2. At first set of traffic signals continue forward onto Winchester Road - A30
3. At second set of traffic lights, continue forward; prepare for turn by getting into right hand lane
4. At Hatch Warren roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Wallop Drive (signposted Hatch Warren)
5. At Sainsbury’s roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wallop Drive
6. Turn right onto Long Cross Lane
7. At mini-roundabout turn right onto Woodbury Road
8. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Cliddesden Lane
9. At mini-roundabout continue forward onto Beggarwood Lane
10. Take next left onto Hatch Warren Lane Passing Portsmouth Arms on right, take second right turn, into Hatch Warren Farm
