- Design and develop extensions to the Clarity product set adhering to company standards
- Seek review of design documents and code changes
- Provide peer review of design documents and code changes
- Provide support, problem investigation and bug fixes to the Clarity product set as requested
- Test and release changes to the release machine following the defined company processes
- Smoke test changes on the development test rigs to validate they install correctly and behave as expected
- Provide clear customer facing release documentation per the company processes describing changes made to the product and how to install/configure

- Oversee all QA activity within the Clarity Group
- Continue to develop highly skilled QA teams in each of our Development Centres, raising the standards of our work
- Establish a clear set of key performance indicators to measure the performance of QA
- Take responsibility to devise and implement action plans that will improve the performance of our QA across the Group
- Look to continually use modern methods and tools to drive QA performance
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on QA activity and key performance indicators
- Work closely with customers to ensure their User Acceptance Plans dovetail with our delivery milestones
- Based out of our Fareham or Basingstoke office

- Knowledge of our customers operations and software development plus the ability to apply this to day to day project management.
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to generate add-on business with customers during the project life cycle.
- Must be able to interact with customers and employees at all levels of the organisation, and must be a persuasive negotiator at Board/Senior Management level.
- Proven experience of delivering mission-critical and large scale software solutions to retail, hospitality and/or entertainment industries
- Has a solid grasp of technology and the challenges such technology brings to Solutions Delivery
- Require flexible approach to work – with overnight stays across Europe required
- Computer literacy necessary (e.g. MS Project, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Excellent project management skills ideally including PRINCE 2 qualifications
- QA Analyst

- Undertake software testing based in our Fareham Development Centre and reporting to the Centre Head of QA
- Work with the core product QA team and support the QA process of all product releases to customers and partners
- Write detailed test plans and review with customers and management
- Produce and exercise test scripts for our product set
- Support customers and partners through the user acceptance testing and pilot phases of projects by guiding them on system usage, and understanding and seeking resolution of any issues found
- Support the product development team by gathering diagnostic information about issues found during testing or in live operation
- Work on customer sites providing hands on QA and support as required from time to time
- QA/Support Analyst

- Report to the Head of The Netherlands Delivery Team
- Work with the core product QA team and support the QA process of all product releases to customers and partners
- Build test rigs at base and also on customer/partner sites
- Support customers/partners through the user acceptance testing and pilot phases of projects by guiding them on system usage, and understanding and seeking resolution of any issues found
- Support the product development team by gathering diagnostic information about issues found during testing or in live operation
- Provide a point of service for software support to customers and partners, ensuring a list of issues is maintained by customer and by severity and it is updated and communicated frequently to the product QA and support teams
- Work on customer sites providing hands on QA and support as required from time to time
- Attend frequent QA/Support sessions in the UK with the product development team (day trips)
- Development Analyst

- Report to the Head of The Netherlands Delivery Team
- Work with our customers to understand and document their requirements regarding interfaces, reporting and product configuration
- Work with our partner technical resources to train them on configuration and interface development, and support them as necessary as they undertake such work
- Configure the ClarityLive POS application accordingly using XML and SQL programming techniques
- Develop interfaces between the ClarityLive product suite and third party applications that are specific to our customer requirements such as data warehousing, business intelligence, merchandising and so on
- Ensure all development work is in compliance with the standards laid down by the Product Development Team in the UK
- Be prepared to travel to the UK to work alongside the Product Development Team for all development work (such as component design, handover and validation by QA) – day trips mostly
- Write reports for customers by extracting data from the ClarityLive product suite and using tools such as SQL Reporting Services to present the data as information
